Curtis Shenkman a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney conducting Real Estate Closings and Title Insurance since 1984. He operates his own law firm in Palm Beach Gardens.

Previously he was the Real Estate Partner of DeSantis, Gaskill, Smith & Shenkman, P.A. He is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 1992. Mr. Shenkman is in the top 3% of real estate Title Insurance agents for Old Republic Title Insurance & serves many clients in all areas of real estate law,and their related business matters. He is involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions.Mr. Shenkman serves as the General Counsel for the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District, a special district of the State of Florida, involved in the enhancement of the Loxahatchee River, and is involved in all aspects of local government, administrative, utility, and public construction contract law.

Mr. Shenkman attended the University of Florida from 1977 through 1984, receiving his Business Administration degree with high honors in Marketing in 1980, and a double graduate degree of a Masters in Business Administration and Law degree in 1984.
