With over three decades of local land planning and policy development experience, Ms. Glas has made people and the environment her focus.   She has had the opportunity to work on various private sector and public sector projects and the development of new policies with challenging public engagement and innovative approaches. She is grateful for the range of career opportunities she has had including area “ firsts” like a the 1989 Palm Beach County Comprehensive Plan and its Unified Land Development Code that followed or a 15,000 acre wind farm. She worked on the original study and preservation efforts of the Agricultural Reserve and started the PBC Commission of Affordable Housing.   She has lived and served her local community with her family and continues to spend her energy focused to leave this world a better place. She strives to never forget details matter, as does each the action we take every day.   The little things eventually can amass to a tsunami, all we need is to apply energy.
