Professionally, Valerie Staggs is the founder of Ryan William’s Agency, a full service advertising agency based in West Palm Beach. Prior to establishing RWA in 2002, Valerie spent 10 years in media sales, research and promotion and five years in the advertising agency business handling high profile real estate and automotive accounts.

Valerie founded Pandora’s Kids in 2012 after the death of her husband, Ken. Her son Ryan was the first Pandora’s Kid. He is now 21 and a college student.

Valerie is an avid writer and published author. Her first book, This Side of Heaven, is a memoir about the year following the death of her husband. She is now working on book #3. She is a freelance writer for Jupiter Magazine, Stuart Magazine and Florida Weekly and has also published with NBC Think.

Valerie is originally from Rochester, NY and is a graduate of Ithaca College. She lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her son Ryan and rescue mutt, Jack.
